1) What data we process
- Technical data: IP address (shortened/hashed where possible), device/browser info, pages viewed, timestamps, referrer.
- Usage data: interactions with pages, consent preferences, anonymised analytics events (if enabled).
- Contact data: name, email, message contents when you contact us or submit forms.
- Account data (if any): login identifier, roles, activity logs.

2) Purposes & legal bases
- Provide and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR legitimate interests; Art. 6(1)(b) where performance of a contract applies).
- Consent-based analytics/ads only after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn anytime.
- Respond to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) or 6(1)(b)).

3) Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

4) Sharing & recipients
We share data with hosting/infrastructure providers, email services, and analytics providers (if enabled). Processors are bound by contracts. We do not sell personal information.
5) International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA/UK, we use safeguards such as adequacy decisions and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

9) Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
10) Children
The site is not intended for children under 16. If a child provided personal data, contact us to delete it.
